We are planning to go for H1B visa stamping in Chennai, India in december this year. Can somebody answer this for me?

1) Are the officers refusing or denying the most for the stamping if the company is a consulting company and especially run by Indians?

2) Refusals or denials or administrative processing for applicatants trying for stamping for the first time or for visa renewals also?

If you have last years W2's, current utility payments, bank staments and most importantly salary slips, you dont need to worry too much.
