First of all Congratulations to you and family on approval.
This is small immig comunity helping each other by sharing info, that might be helpful to learn. We would also highly appreciate if you would like to share about RD/ND FP. AD and GC Catagery like Eb?? or family based?

" El Paso TSC .Yes Went to El Paso District Office. Everything went smoothly. Just took Latest I-94, two photographs and the passport. Got our finger print and signature on blue form. Stamped it. no questions asked. 11/17/2004 "

Thanks dear for ur replay
our 485 is employment base ( my wife Jobe),we applay in June 2001, july 2002 got the labor certif.
submit 140 and 485 in 23 of Aug 2002 to TCS
140 approved in Dec 2002
FP for me and my wife in Sep 22 2004 in El paso
485 for my wife and my daughter approved in Dec 30 2004, my 485 still pending called local cervice center they told me that i will receive answer in 4-6 weeks i do not know way??????
