Any Spet 03 EB2 Approvals ?

Hi,
Any body whos RD Sept/03 got approved in EB2 Category ? I am seeing Nov,Dec/03 and Feb to May 03 but not sept 03 :confused: :confused: ?
I don't know what the hell is going on in NSC ? :mad:

I dont think that's the case. Because mine is Nov 2003, EB2..

I am in the same boat as you.
I guess NSC is still working on the 08/03 cases ( non concurrent cases)
 
My 140 and 485 AD is sept 03 : eb2.
both the 140 and 485 were simultaneously approved on nov 04. Sorry, dont mean to disappoint u with the info, rather cheer u up, as your approval might be on the way if 140 has not been approved yet.

my ND is July 03. so ease up there are lot of folks from 02 and early 03 still
pending.
