Any special form needed to apply the H1B for advanced degree?

Is there any special form needed to apply for the h1B for advanced degree holders? How can we indicate this is for the H1B advance degree?

The H-1B petition form I-129 contains appropriate place to suggest that the advance degree cap. This is in the section titled "Numerical Limitation Exemption" or something similar.

Hi, related question - does it ever happen that they mistake a regular application for the advanced degree application? Is that one box you have to tick off the only thing that differentiates the applications? I read somewhere there are different addresses to send the applications to.

The reason I'm asking is that I have a Masters from a different country and my lawyer is worried they got confused and filed me under wrong quota.
