      RFE issued on 09/05/01
      RFE Responded on 09/22/01
      RFE Received by INS on 09/25/01
Still Waiting...

[And AVM says ".....this kind of case 540 days....."]

My RFE about Emp Letter, 3months Paystubs and I-94.
What about you?

I think if it is same as yours then my file and your file might be with the same officer.

AVM update Date 10/09/2001, still waiting

It is suffering to check the same message, knowing approved cases with same kind RFE and update date from VSC
 
You Are Right!

Sample Incident:
One day i was checking the AVM, by mistake i pressed wrong digit of my EAC# and i heard the Approved so and so date etc. etc..
Can you imagine how that sounds look !!!!!!
