Any September '04 filers got approved?

Hi,

Has anyone filing 485 around or after the September '04 timeframe got approval?

I have seen a bunch of approvals around the May-June timeframe. I have filed in Sepember '04 and was wondering when I would see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I have filed my 485 in June 2004 , FP done in April , FP recvd with LUD on April 22nd ......... waiting for 485 now. .Any June 2004 filers got approved???

Any recent approvals in the EB3?

I have filed my 485 in September 2004 (EB3 Labor substitution). I think VSC is concentrating on 485 filers with EB2 and EB1. I see approvals for the same even as late as Feb '05.

I think for those of us who filed EB3 we have to go by the regular processing dates for approvals is assuming we do not fall in the retrogress section.
