Would be great to see SEPT 00/OCT 00 approvals. However, it looks as though VSC front log problems continue. Also there are a number of company change name cases from Sept/Oct 99 that are being adjudicated. So it may be a while, maybe at least 3 months before we see these approvals?

Any others w/ thoughts on the issue?
