Has anybody with a Sep/Oct/Nov 2003 RD received their EAD approvals?

Sept 26th RD - Approved Jan 14th

I just got an email from my lawyer saying that both mine and my husband's EAD renewals s have been approved on Jan 14th.

Online status says card ordered.

My friend got RFE (I-140 approval notice & marriage certificate) for efiled EAD filed on 11/01/2003 and EAD-FP done on 11/08/2003. (WAC-04-800-1xxxx)

This is very un-predictable...

Got RFE on 12 Jan 2004 asking for Primary's 140 approval and marrige cert. Primary's 485 was approved March 2002.

My EAD renewal has been approved on 01/20/04. It was filed in 11/19/03. Hope to get my AP renewal soon, and the I-485 process gets faster.
