Any Sep 2003 filers with no FP Notice for spouse and child?

I received my FP1 notice in Sep 2004 and completed my finger printing on Oct 2, 2004. However, my spouse and child have not yet received their FP1 notice.

Are there other filers in Sep 2003 in a similar boat? I have sent letter to Vermont Service Center and tried help from Senator. Nothing has worked in getting the FP1 notice for my Spouse and Child?

Any suggestions please to cross this hurdle?

Same thing happened to me my wife did not get here FP even after 2 months of my FP receipt. I sent a mail(letter) to INS indication so and i got here FP notice with in 2 weeks of sending the mail(letter). Let me know if you would like to have the format and address.

Just to confirm, did you write to the Ombudsman? if it is not too inconvenient, please send the format of the letter and the address to which you sent. Since it worked well for you, I would like to use the same format.

Three family friends I know personally..

Couple 1 -- Primary No FP, Derivative -- FP done but no resume message
Couple 2 -- Primary Approved, Derivative -- No FP notice yet
Couple 3 -- Primary No FP, Derivative -- FP done & case resumed

All having July, Aug, Sept 2003 dates..hope luck will smile your way soon
