Any Semi concurrent waiting for 485

any semi concurrent filer, whos I40 is approved and waiting for 485?
Please post.

here is my case:

140 : ND : 2/2/2004
Approved : 11/02/2004

485 ND : 07/23/2004 ( FP done Sept 9, 04)
485 LUD : 10/27 mass update ?
now waiting................

I did see a trend that most of the cases, 485 got apporved either at the same time with 140 or within copuple of weeks. But ofr me its more then 6 weeks after 140 approved?
Any advise ?
Can I call or check ?
Since 485 JIT dates are not reached as yet to this date I am not sure how do I approach the USCIS ?
My lawyer is not really very helpful in this matter.

Since the date JIT processing dates crossed your 485 filing date, did you try inquire USCIS ? what do they say ?

they gave me same reason..they have given to many...
email response says " undergoing detailed review."
phone response says " waiting for FBI name check results"

What is the online status Message ?
Does it says that waiting for FBI name check / or under detailed review?

it just says..FP received on april xx,2004 and processing resumed on case.
