Any semi concurrent approvals?!!

Semi concurrent approvals?

My receipt date is 06/30/03 and nothing happening on my case. I am thinking it might be probably I applied semi con-current since concurrent applications and non-concurrent applications are posted to different USCIS’s mailing address.

Are there any other people who are waiting as same as me? What is the latest approval dates for non-concurrent filers?

What do you guys think? Any insight would be helpful.

First Attempt - EB2 - RIR

Check the 2003 tracker, there are quite a few folks including me who filed semi-concurrently and have the approval.

My RD date for I 140 is 07/30/2003 - EB3. I havent applied I 485 yet. Online status shows "your 1 140 was....". My employer says lawyer had received an RFE and has responded to it. I havent get to see the RFE notice though. No change in the online staus yet.

Whole process is very inconsistent. Hope patience is rewarded.

Mine is Semi-concurrent.

I saw lots of people with same notice date got approved, but not mine.

140 RD: 10/15/2003
140 AP: ??
485 RD 02/20/2004

I guess semi-concurrent & Concurrent are given different priorities.

My 2 cents.
 
My ND date is 06/25/03 and I got my approval on 05/22/04. Mine is a substitution labor and filed I-140 and I-485 separetly. I-485/EAD/AP ND is 08/20/03. EAD approved on 11/18/03. And applied for 2nd EAD, ND is 05/16/04. EB3 category.

I think you should be getting your very soon.

GC7, nice to know that you got your approval..

It is frustrating, it is going to be 1 year by end of this month and nothing is happening.

I think that I've got a bad luck on this GC thing. I have gone through so much pain and emotional drama and I am really hoping that my case would get approved. At the same time I am worried about my first rejected I-140. Hope this delay is nothing to do with previous denial.

Guys, please let me know what you think about it. Does USCIS relate to the previous record and take any measures?
