Any risk in consular processing?

Hello ALL,

Is there any risk in 485- Consular processing as opposed to doing it locally?
Are the requirements any different?Why dont people prefer consular processing

There are no appeals with CP in questions of "fact" (although there are with questions of "law"). There is no AC21 protection.
