Any RFE cases got Approvals?

My lawyer told me they send out the reply to RFE with the amended I-140 approval notice bec. there was a deadline to the reply to RFE. They sent the amended I-140 application later.

I think this is the last case you refered to, right? (You wrote: "Same is the case when you send the I140 application as a reply to RFE")

sandy boy - yes - my case is for amended I140 - but it has been more than 3 months since it has been filed.

Really getting tired of listening to the same message.

Let\'s all be patient and try to check on our status after one month from the date of acknowledgement. I was told by my friend it takes 2 months for them (it was his experience when his wife got a rfe and he got his approval). Hope this helps.
