Any RFE approval this week?

No Title

RFE updated on 7/24. No big news. They also do the RFE case as LIFO
since I saw RFE updated in late August got approved. Now I only hope I can get approved by the end of this year.

I have been issued an RFE on Sept 4 and I haven\'t received it and I don\'t know what they need. just waiting.

I am the dependent. I heard cases with dependent have more chance getting RFE, but you never know about INS.

Good luck with your case! I hope the mailroom has been sorted out so that it won\'t take so long for them to process RFE nowadays.
 
Talk about being Unlucky

Finally my RFE was updated on August 14. My attorneys were told to call back in a months time if they dont hearanythig before then. Since I havent heard anything I will ask my attorneys to contact INS and figure out why my approval is pending.
RD 12/00 ND 12/00 Still waiting.
