I sent them an emial several days back. They are not responding. I think all I-140, at least the ones approved sometime back, were all processed for CP. I am sure my I140 is sitting somewhere in Chennai.

my RFE was issued on 10/17 by INS, RIS sent to me on Oct 29, I replied them back last week, they are yet to reply back to INS. The RFE is for Medical, how do you know the RFE is done for CP?

My I-140 is also approved for CP

Can we contact NVC to find out where our 140 is and if it has been sent to Indian Consulate, then can we contact them to mail it back to NVC to avoid some time delays???
