Did ur 485 Message change after ur I-140 Redo application was recd by VSC. How long did it take for u to get the reciept notice for the I-140 application. We sent our application sometime last week.

I got my I-140 redo approved within 2 weeks.

I-140 redo RD 12/08
I-140 redo ND 12/12
I-140 redo AP 12/18

Now waiting for I-485 to be approved.
My attorney told me it would take less than 30 days. Hope the holidays will not be a negative factor.

I got the I-140 (redo)approval notice from my attorney. The AVM for I-140 changed to Approved. But the AVM for my I-485 is still "On 12/08, we mailed an request for ..."

Applied for I-140 redo since company had been sold & acquired.
RD: Oct 29, 2000 (amended I-140)
ND: Nov 14, 2000 (amended I-140)
AD: Dec 21, 2000 (amended I-140)
Approval Notice yet to be received.
I-485 message still says "On Sep 28th, we sent a request...."

talked to IIO today, he told me that my case(amended I140) has been sent to IIO for review on Dec 29!!
What does it mean? how much time after case is sent for review for approval?

Approval Notice received on Jan 04, 2001. Yes, the AVM for the Amended I-140 changed on Dec 22, 2000.
I-485 message still says "On Sep 28th, we sent a request...."
