Any recent H1 transfers??

My attorney responded to the RFE for my H1-H1 transfer on Nov 24th (INS received it on the 24th). It is now Dec 19th. Any ideas on how much longer it would take?

BTW.. i keep checking the automated system at NSC and i get the information that it would take 120 days!!!!! But i was told that it is not necessarily so. If anybody has had any recent approvals please do let me know.

my receipt date is 11/26, still waiting, don\'t expect anything soon.

after waiting so long for my original h1b, i\'ve learned not to expect anything to happen fast. (VSC)

anyone getting approval for transfers filed around this time???
 
Got it!!!!

Just thought you guys may want to know... i just checked the status of my petition and i found that it has been approved today and the notice has been mailed out today.
