Any Recent EB3 Approvals in NSC!?

My Labor is Nov 2002 ..So any idea which dates are approving now!? when can I expect Mine!?
Guys lets talk about it!??
 
When did you file your I-140

You have to post more info on your case, when did you submit your I-140, for fact i know it was on NSC, with is your receipt date, any RFE? they are taking between 2 months and 4, but if you do premium they take around 15 days or less.

LC filled: Nov 05,2002.
LC Approved December Apr. 2004
I-140 Filled May, 26th. 2004
I-140 AD=June 14th. 2004
I-485-EAD: ND June 16. 2004
Aplied for 3 times EAD/AP and having 3 rd EAD/AP expiring on nov2007
I-485: PENDING
FP: October. 2005

You are ready to file a WOM

you are pending for too long on your I-485, you can sue uscis as long as i can read in other posts. find info and go for it cause you are in a long waiting even more than me
 
Your PD is EB3 11/2002. If you belong to world quota then current dates are Aug 2002 and you may need to wait only a few more months. If you belong to India then wait period could be in years unless USCIS changes policy.
