Any Recent EAD approvals

Please post your details. I am waiting for EAD approval my current EAD will expires in FEB 1 04.. I have to join FT job with client after my vacation.. I sent my EAD application more than 30 days back no approval so far

My EAD expires on 12/24/04, can I still work with the receptor notice? The renew application have been received on 11/12/03.
 
Any more SEP or AUG filers are still waiting for Approval!!!!
It is just 5 min job to approve the EAD....why these people always delay simple things
 
waiting for my ead renewal

i sentme ead renewal efiling on september 29 and had my biometrics( photo and fingerprinting) on October 4 but no news yet. past 60 days already

No, u can't. Ask them to compensate once u get EAD.
 
EAD Approval

My wife just got her first EAD. She handed in the application on 9/12 (RD). The online status changed on 11/18 and say the application was approved. We received the card last week on 12/3.

Hope this helps.
 
Efiled on 10/06

Got approval last month i.e Nov 19th for 1st renewal. Efile is most efficient no nonsense process. Take advantage of that.
 
EAD already expired (10/30/03), initially applied for extension on 08/25/03 BCIS lost the application & says never got it so filed another application on 10/09/03. Still waiting. Thanks god I have H1 but its valid till end of Feb'04.
Guys what you think I will get my EAD by that time or what.

My 2nd EAD application had a ND of 09/30/2003. Online message says "approved on Dec 6, 2003". Hopefully, you guys will get it soon.

Gateway, sure here are my details:

2nd EAD
RD 9/29/2003
ND 9/30/2003
AD & App Notice Mailed 12/5/2003 (per online message)
Received card 12/8/2003
Receipt # EAC 03-265-XXXXX
 
My 3rd EAD and AP:
ND: 09/22/2003 (RD must be sometime during the second week of September).
EAD approved on 11/08/2003 and got the cards already.
AP RFE (clerical error) on 11/20/2003 (RFE response received on 12/10/2003)
 
intersting thing is my AP is approved in 10 days i appiled just before 5 days of expiration date. it approved after 5 days of expiration. But the online message still showing as "received on sep 2 " But who cares. I asked the same to customer service Rep she told me they are still working on Sep 1 week cases.

is it common??? Any comments please
