Any recent EAD approvals?

Stilllllllllllllllllllllllllll Waiting For EAD approval

RD: 10/31/2002
ND: 11/07/2002
IEAD: 02/18/2003 Valid until 05/17/2003

Case : 03-030-XXXXX
 
RD : 11/04
ND : 11/05

Still waiting....

In the mean time got IEAD for 3 months. It is going to expire in 2 months.

Does any body got second IEAD.....

As somebody asked, Do INS issue the EAD from the current date or the date from the expiry of previous EAD.

For those who got their renewals recently:

I would like to know answer to same question tx_beginner has asked about the renewed EAD date. Is it starting from approved date or date of expiry of previous card?

hi guys, whoever got iead,

can you please tell me your experience. i applied EAD renewal for myself through lawyer. lawyer charged $150 as fee. for IEAD also he is asking that much.

can i get iead by myself?

what steps i have to do for that, i mean what information i have to take to local INS office?

your help is appreciated.

On this forum only I had read that renewed EAD date is starting from approved date and not from the date of expiry of previous card.

Also I had read that, that person had applied for EAD renewal in Jan, 6 months before his EAD was to expire and he got EAD approved in March 03 valid till March 04. He had also advised to apply atleast 100 days before the expiry of the current EAD.

Hi, Dont waste money by going through lawyer for iead.
Its just a simple process.
When you go to INS office, you will see the EAD forms. Just fill them up(one sheet and quite simple questions). Take ur 485, 765 receipts, some letter showing ur addres, and ofcourse your passport and go to INS office very early, maybe at 5:00 AM...
