Any Recent Approvals (EB3) ?

First of all congrats...That was real quick and encouraging, especially when the BCIS website shows that they are still processing December cases. Couple of quick questions for you? I am still in a dilema whether do CP or file concurrently for I485....

Are you doing CP or I485?

If i485, is it concurrent filing ?

Got FP notice already.

Hi All,
Looks as if BCIS is taking too long to process EB3 cases these days.
I haven't seen any EB3 case that has been processed on or after RD: 10 Jan 2003.

Mine is also EB3 category, the details are as follows:

AD: 12/23/2002

RFE received on 1/22/2003(Company ability to pay)

RFE replied on 3/28/2003

LIN : 03-065xxxxx

Still waiting to hear the response from BCIS.

My I-140 LIN No: 030875xxxx

I saw a online web status on my EAD:

On April 29, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

I applied my EAD on 11th April.
Any body know how much time does it take to get cars after this notice?

Seems like the BCIS Gods are smiling on you..and you seem to be on a fast track. I140 in 3 months...wow.....EAD approval in 15 day.....:D....I hope I485 come in the same speed

Should Take a week for getting your EAD Card, mine was approved on April 18th and i got the Actual card on April 26th and then they updated the message saying that "This case is approved ..blah..blah"
