Any recent approval for April 2004 cases (EB2/EB3)

Hi

My RD for 140 + 485 is April 23, 2004 in EB2 category. I didn't heard much about April cases. My LUD on 485 chnages to 1/10/2005 but no change in 140 LUD.

April Guys please post your exp...or is there any thread........lmme know.

My EB3 I-140 was approved on 12/14/2004 without RFE. This is for information. My I-485 was transferred to local office the same day.

My I-140/I-485 RD was April 5, 2004. My I-140 was approved on Jan 6th 2005 after an RFE on December 15 2004. The RFE was about filing category. The lawyer responded to the RFE on 12/28/04. No news on I-485 yet.

I have multiple LUD changes on mine and my dependents' I-485s till the day I received RFE on I-140.

April 7 RD/EB2 both 140/485 pending

There were couple of LUD changes on 485 but only one on 140. Mine, spouse and kid's 485s are pending
 
Eb2 Labor Sub, April 9 RD, LUD 1/10 on 485, no change on 140

Applied semi-concurrently. 485 RD - August, EAD/AP approved in October.
 
My EB2 case with RD April 29 2004 is also still in the pending state. LUD on I485 on 10/27/2004.

I got a notice from USCIS, and also an email from USCIS for transfer of I-485 to local office in LA.

Is the transfer for an interview? If you have the copy can you print out the exact message?

All pending too

My case:

Filed on April 23, EB2-CSC,

140 - LUD: 04/29/2004, never changed
485 - LUD: 10/27/2004, hopeless...pending on name check

I just wish 140 to be approved, however, it seems never been touched.

How do you know that your name check is pending?

I mailed FBI regarding my name check in third week of Dec'04, no reply from them yet..

yes transfer is for interview

I have not received the interview letter yet, but the notice says that local office to schedule interview. The text is pretty standard on the notice for transfer.

I sent a fax inquiry in Sept and got a reply in Nov. It took long time
to get any response from this low-efficiency agent.

I don't think FBI accepts name check requests on FAX any more. I sent my query to fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov

If you search for FBI name check on this forum, you can get all the information you need.

I filed my 140_485 concurrently. My RD is 04/23/2004. Are Are we suppose initiate any name check procedure ?? I don't know anything about it even nor I got any info regarding this from attorney.

Am I suppose to do anything for name check. How would somebody know they are waiting ofr name check etc. My FP was done in June 2004.

adgwlgc,

It is not a regular process. However, If you want to know whether your name is cleared from FBI, you can request FBI to give that info to you. Sometimes, name check may dealy your 485 processing.
