Any recent Advance Parole approvals?

I have talked to the person in NCSC today regarding this and she told me that it really is possible to get an emergency AP, but you have to go to Laguna Niguel for that. She did not know if overdue case is reason enough for emergency AP.
It's not cheap to do that if you're not living in LA or around.

It's however not very accurate. My WAC-03-128 case is 3/17 and i know of at least one older case - WAC-03-125 of 3/13.
JIT for I-485 says 11/16 and we know there are still a lot of WAC 01 cases there.

You can always fax your request for emergency AP, with supporting docs...like a doctors letter from back home, letter from your family back home asking you to come immediately......
or you can request your lawyer to fax for you.
