Any recent Advance Parole approvals?

My AP wac-03-126 (dependent case), ND around march, got RFE on May for marriage certificate,my wife's I-140 approval notice and I-485 receipt notice.
I replied yesterday.
 
Second AP RFE, approved May22nd

Applied for second AP around Feb 20th. We received RFE for spouse for marriage cert, responded, RFE received by BCIS on May 8th and approved on May22nd.
 
Haven't heard anything yet either - RD 03/28.
Planning a trip mid-June, looks like it isn't going to happen. :(
 
Yeah, emergency AP will work just as good as the AP, only thing is you have to provide a valid emergency. Maybe a sick gramma can rescue you. Vacation doesn't generally count as an emergency.
 
Friend of mine took emergency AP, but it was business trip. His company provided him with letter desribing this trip. Perhaps if AP pending more than 60 days it's also emergency.
 
He went to San Jose BCIS office, the same place we were received interim EAD. I don't know exact details, but I may ask.
 
It'd be great if you could ask your friend about this emergency Ap, Tasse.
I'll also try to get some info from INS web site.

karma700, my AP was approved in 2 months with RFE and 1.5 months without RFE

DAMN BCIS Sucks in every department 485/EAd/H1/AP ...what do they work on . Mine's WAC03149 seems will get my AP in august or september . There goes my vacation plans.
 
No doubt.
I guess the emergency AP could be a way to get it earlier, but if I have to wait in line at for it at 2 a.m. I think I'll just wait and take the vacation later.
