Any RD Oct 31 out there?

Some of us are of EAC-02-059-XXXXX, what about you guys? it seems this number is even after those RD Nov 11 or so? What do you guys think what happened?

I have a similar problem. My RD is 10/24/01 but ND is 12/08 (EAC-02-058). Don't know how several RDs later than mine have NDs ahead of me. First in Last Out?

My guess

That may be the cause of the mail system problem last Nov. Maybe I am just not lucky, a few people have RD much later than mine get ND ahead of mine, and their EACs are ahead of mine as well.

My RD is also on 0ct 31,2001 and My receipt number is EAC020555XXXX.No luck of approval so far.Waiting anxiously..
