Thats true, I heard that even they are laying off people now at this stage, years of waiting with no recoginition, hikes, respect, and been moved from coast to coast for projects with no gains.
God only can make some miracles to speed up the 485 process and atleast if we have the green card we can settle in some job with some stability, peace of mind and with some respect rather than working for these dirty middlemens.

Dont worry, may be its approved already. You wouldnt know until the approval notice arrives. I came to know about my approval only after 8 days the case of approved through a courtesy copy Keep the hopes alive.

My friend asked me to update this thread. I am from Rapidigm. I got my 485 approved in December 2000, Passport stamped on December 27th, 2000 and the Plastic Card Received on February 16th, 2001. Hope this helps some of you folks waiting out there. Good Luck !
