Any problems with Concurrent filing??

Hi All,

I have seen several people filing concurrently. My company says I may be better off filing seperately(I-140 & 485). Does anyone had to go through queries/issues with concurrent filing.

Absolutely No problems with Concurrent.

Your company is just BS-ing with you. If it is not safe why wud INS/BCIS have such a plan. Your employer just wants to keep to with them and exploit you or they have incompetent lawyers.
