My wife(on F-2) is going to Detroit tomorrow to apply for a Canadian visitors visa for herself and me so we can go get our H1, H4 stamps from Toronto. My lawyer told me that my wife must be well prepared with as much documentation as she can, because the Canadian\'s are aware of the new rule that wont let people return to the USA if their visa is refused and therefore are not giving out Visitors visa to such people easily. I was wondering if anyone has recently faced any problems while applying for Visitors visa to Canada.
