Any Problems - Entering the US 5 months after H1 Visa is obtained

Hello,

I got my H1 approved for 2005-2006. I have an appointment for Visa in Indian Consulate end of October. But due to family reasons I am planning to come to the US in March of 2006. Will there be any problems for either the employer or me when entering the US after 5 months gap after the visa is issued. Or Please suggest if it is good to reschedule my appointment for Visa to Sometime in February to enter the US in March.

Please Help.
