any Physicians getting RFE\'s

My I-485 is pending with INS (details on tracker)Have seen a lot of RFE\'s on this board. Just wondering if these happen to be folks in the Hi-tech area, or any other professionals.

Hi, I am now a physician having received RFE, but I initially got I-140 approved in self-petitioned EB1 as a medical researcher.
My RFE requires employer letter, w-2 and federal tax return of 1999. I really don\'t know what to do because my hospital only wants to write a letter to say i am a resident physician, which may lead to my deny of my case. How do you guys think? Please dicuss.
