hi, i would just like to ask something... in filing your I-140, did you need to have COMPLETE requirements? Or can my employer file the petition, and just submit the lacking documents as soon as they become available? I still haven't got my credentials evaluation from FCCPT, and I'm wondering if my I-140 can be filed even without it. Thanks.

You can submit without required certificates, but you will probably get an RFE requesting them. I would wait to get that RFE before I send the certificates instead of sending when they are available. You need FCCPT cert. for 140 and as far as I know, a VisaScreen cert. for AOS.
