Any Pending July 485 cases???????????????

I called them up to ask why I did not get my FP Notice. IIO said that Vermont has requested for my FP in the national scheduler sometime in October and it is getting delayed because the local INS office was very busy.
Where are you from? How about others living in your city? Have they got their FPs? If they haven\'t got it, then it may be because of your local INS. Otherwise call the IIO.

PD - 01/07/1999, RD - 07/12/2001, ND - 08/28/2001, FP - 11/15/2001.

It\'s been more than 3 years the process began, but Still waiting. God knows when will I see the light. IIO\'s standard reply 30-60 days, 60-90 days.

I am from Iowa and people who have filed after me have already received FP notice.

I talked with IIO today.She was quite nice with me and told me that I should receive my FP notice with 30 days. Hopefully it comes.
