Any pattern for RFEs

Folks,

Is there any pattern on RFEs ?

The people who got RFEs, please share

1. If they moved from one location to another with the new company ?

2. Changed the company at the same location ?

3. Was the documentation really missing ?

It will help a lot.

RFEs have been issued for the following purposes as well

1. If the Doc had not checked the right boxes in the Medical Form.
2. A Spouse may receive a RFE for Affidavit of Support.
3. Employer's letter for continued employment.
4. Proof of continued immigration status.
5. Proof of a sustained marital relationship.
6. Failure to attach a medical/affidavit of support.
7. The immigration officer, just wanted to have some fun with you

Your EADs, APs, arrival-departure seals on the passport, IT returns will be the documents to prove immigration status in your case. Copies of all I-94 cards may be preferrable. IF you don't have them, that is fine too.

for me current employment letter
for spouse affidavit of support.

Changed address in the same city. Same employer.

my friend got RFE for missing birth certificate

but I did not. Same company, same lawyer, same notice date.
Go figure.
