Any options when a L-1B expires

Hello Rajiv,

Thank you very much for helping people out.

My husband is currently on L-1B status, and this year 2004 is his maximum year of 5 for holding it. The company he has been working for has filled his Labor Certification Processing at the Federal Level one year ago.

Now, what are the options he has when his L-1B expires?
