Any options for staying in US after my J-1 visa program is cancelled??

I have been in the US on a 1 year J-1 training visa since November 08.

The company I have been training with has told me that my training program needs to be ended because they are cutting back on costs and so cannot afford to continue my training.

I have completed 6 months training out of the 1 year program:
1. What are my options for staying in the US to complete 1 year?
2. Will I be allowed to transfer my program to another company?
3. Would I be allowed to look for employment sponsorship for an H visa?
4. If I cannot do any of the above what is the maximum period that I can stay after my training is ended? (the 30 day grace period?)

Thanks in advance.
