NSC is now doing 06/01/04...

If they did not care for Visa number while picking up the 485 . and U have not got any RFE ... would mean --- U are adjucated and waiting for visa number.
---- that would be inline with the news that U got from senators office...

How do you know the current processing date is 06/01/04? Is the processing date? The processing date at CIS website still shows 02/01/04 as the I-485 processing.

You were right. I haven't gotten any RFE on my 485, but I also haven't yet submitted any medical reports yet. So, was wondering if there would be any RFE on medical atleast. I guess, I need to wait until October for the visa number to be available for any further progress on my I-485.

Medical is pretty much a standard process... so why don't U just do it and send the medical reports to USCIS ...

Why wait for RFE?
 
That's what I had planned earlier, but my attorney said if it's not been submitted earlier, CIS will request for the medical and I shouldn't go for it until CIS requests it.
 
Hello Guys,

I am having a preapproved labour of PD with Apr 2001. I am also not from retrogressed country so is there any chance that my case will be on the top of list when visa numbers will be available. I filed my I-485 in Mar 2005.

FYI: I got my I-140 in 2.5 months, filed on Mar 2005.
