Any one with WAC-01-263-XXXXX is still pending approval ???

Please let me know, if any one with the WAC number as mine are still waiting approval.

AVM still says, On January 11, 2002 the fingure print report has been recived and process has resumed on your case.

So far, I have neither received RFE nor Approval ? I have no idea what is going on with my case?
 
WAC-01-263-XXXXX-FP Received and Processing Resumed..........

Your is same as my case and it says

On 01/19/02 results of your FP Received and Processing has resumed......

FP Done 01/15/02
FP Sch 01/29/02

Did someone talk to IIO.
 
Did you speak to your attorney?

I did my FP on 29th November. It has been 3 months since I did my FP.
Moreover, the AVM says ... resumed since 2 months. ?
 
WAC 01-262

My FP was done on 12.12.01. My AVM says, "December 19th....Pending review" till today. So you guys are apparently ahead of me.

But wait. I think these AVM messages are hocus-pocus. My wife did her FP on 01.23.02 and on 02.25.02, her AVM changed to ...processing resumed. What do you say to this?

I think there\'s a bunch of us within WAC-01-252 through WAC-01-264 who are waiting for longer than usual for an approval! If you look at PCeeGCee\'s list, you\'ll see that many of us who applied between last week of may and second week of June are still waiting!

Are you EB-2 as well.

If so, Does this mean they have completely switched to working on EB-3 approvals for now ?
