Any one with this Message on 485

I gave my first FP almost an year ago, but still the message says this, Is there any I be doing for this sort of Status. Please help..

I gave my first FP on March 15, 2003 (more than one year) but me and my wife's message is the same as what you said here.

Who knows whether it the UCIS system was not updated or it is something else.. FBI says "sent to UCIS the same day.."

No luck with the NSC support staff!
