Any one with Last update of 10/27/2004 for I485

Hi,

Any one with Last update of 10/27/2004 for I485 yet. Looks like my case is stuck and no response at all.

I140 Approved on 03/31/05
I485 LUD 10/27/04
PD: 06/02
Applied for second AP and EAD Pending.

Any thoughts????

Called Emergency # a couple time but was told that it is regular pending. No mention about name check or any such thing.

Lawyer sent a letter about a month and a half ago, still no response.

I am in same situation too. After date 10/27/2004, I just changed my residential address.

On email enquiry to USCIS on Feb'05 for case status, received reply back as "The cases are currently undergoing additional systems check. Please allow an additional 180 days for processing".

so I guess just have to wait until 180 days gets over and before placing any new enquiry on this (That's what my lawyer said).

Priority Date : Dec 11 2001(CSC,EB3).
I140 : RD 03-12-2004. Approved on 01/14/2005.
I485 : RD 03-12-2004. LUD: 10/27/2004, 02/14/2005 (address change).
 
When did you apply I140 and 485? My LUD for 485 shows 9/2004. Lawyer send a letter -- no reply yet.
 
140 approved 4/1/2005, 485 LUD 10/27 2004, after that LUD on 11/10 (FP), 4/4 and 4/5(140 approval) and 5/2/05.

Waiting for 485 desperatly.

Mine is also no activity fir 485.Approved 2nd EAD and AP.Got EAD by mail.AP lost somewhere.Dont know what to do.It is more than 16 days passed.Called USCIS.But they r telling wait for some more weeks.

I am in the same boat. I got my second AP and EAD approved around feb 2005. Received EAD but never received AP. Probably lost in mail. Called UCIS few times to resend AP but haven't received it so far. My attorneys have also requested them but I have not received the same in last 40 days.
So far I have made 3 requests for AP but am still ating for it.
Few CSC agents have suggested for re-filing AP or requesting for a duplicate which is around $175 and time.
What did UCIS tell you ?

Outrageous. How many mistakes do they make in processing EAD/AP? I never receive receipts of AP. some others reported they didn't get receipts for EAD. By the way, 1800 number sucks. Maybe you need to try infopass.
