Any one with June 2003 RD has received FP yet ? Coz, there was a flood of FPs issued until May and then it suddenly stopped. It could be because of the change of processing they are trying to instantiate from April 30 2004.
Please reply to the thread if any one has received FP during those dates. I have a RD of June 30 2003.

The reason they stopped at one moment was because they issued second FP notices for 2002 guys, but it looks like they started again to send FP notices. The last ones who received them according with today's scan were people from June 26. This week we may see another wave of FP notices, my guess is for July people no matter if I140 was approved or not ...

I'll post the info when I'll have it done ...

I did some pretty basic search on the 485 cases and i concluded the same. They have send until June 26 2003, before the whole deal of the new memo came in. Hopefully, they will start again pretty soon.

I think we'll be more efficient if we'll unite our efforts. I scanned I485 in the range Feb - end July 2003 every fifth day. Is not perfect but a good approximation of what's happening - from here I know what is going on with the FP and I am trying now to see what modifications will be because of FO memo. I'll be done with my data very soon, but if there are more volunteers to do the scanning for the rest of the dates, we will have a better idea of what's happening.

What has been sent till Jun 26th 2003?

Experts,

Reaqding thru your threads where you are talking about notices being sent for all cases till Jun 26th 2003, can you please clarify if its the FP notices that have been sent and when they were sent?

I filed concurrently last year on 06.25.03 both my I140 and 485 have the same Dt. 06.25.03 and my 140 was approved on 19th Apr'04.

However, so far i have not received any FP notice.

Your calrification is appreciated.

Let me clarify a little bit the FP issue: what I observed from sampling scanning was that VSC was sending out FP every 2-3 weeks for a range of usually 10-20 EAC no: for ex in 2/6/2004 they've sent FP notices for EAC03140-160 (this are not the real no, only examples) and after that in 2/27/2004 for EAC03160-180 so on ... The last date when they did that was 2/27/2004 after that they stopped and the last ones who received "massive FP notices" were EAC03180. It was a pause of 1-1,5 months in which they've sent FP2 for 2002 and now they started to send again FP1 for 2003. The last ones who received FP notices were ppl with applic from June 26, 2003, but not 100% from them. Anyway you're close and definitively in the top of the list of new FP notices that will be sent pretty soon ...

Thanks for your clarification. I will update the thread if I do get the notice in coming weeeeeeeeeeeeeeks! ( assuming that a week does not have 365 days in USCIS terminology)!

I received the FP notice before my I 140 approval & the FP was done on 3rd March 2004.

140 - ???. althought according to the USCIS website iit was last updated today (05/04/2004).. they sent a duplicate letter cos the first one(in july 2003) was undelivered. dont know what the letter says

Can you share the results of your scans in the form of Excel .
And also if you can share the list of all 485s from Feb 03 to Jul 03 - That would be helpful .

Only two days ago I finished my database (in the form I have it now). It will be impossible for me to scan all the dates (as initial scanning) so I am asking for help from ppl who want to participate for a better info. We can work together for this, is our common interest. I posted all the data I have so far from scanning in I485 tracker and I'll post weekly the scan resuls with statistics and comments.
