I check the AVM and found the case right before my case # approved, do this mean I will be the next?

      I believe the EAC numbers are not just for I-485s. The approved case could be some other application. I would not raise my hopes until an I485 with ND Aug/Sep 00 gets approved.

My case details are as follows :

RD : 13 Aug 2000 ND 13 Sep 2000 and EAC # 00-271-50XXX
and my wife\'s case # 00-271-50XXX

When I punch in my wife case # it says " Case found and rest of BS.."
when I punch my case # it says case not found.

That\'s right. Unless the AVM message says "...application for I-485....."

Hi, I checked my EAD application which is the same as my I-485 application (for the first 5 digits - EAC-00-279-xxxxx). I think you are checking the EAD approval not I-485
