hi all

Any one out there with Approval with Jan 2002 RD and RFE .

RD Jan 15 2002
FP 2 July 6th 2003 online update 16th July (went early)
Sep 02 RFE
Sep 10th Responded to RFE
Sep 22 RFE rx on BCIS web site

i talked to my attorney he said it should take upto 120 days after they rx RFE , this suspense seems to go on for ever!!!

My husband's case:

RD : Jan 13 2001
EAC-02-086-51***
FP: July 10th
REF - Employment, play stubs and W2.
REF received by BCIS on Aug 25th...

We are still waiting for the approval.

Looks like they (VSC) are intentionally delaying as many cases as possible. How many FP's , EAD's , AP's, RFE's do we need to undergo and howmuch waiting after all those horrible hurdles ? :mad:
