Is there anyone else in the same boat waiting for so long? I am really frustrated. Any suggestion?

No RFE or any other progress with my case...if i call the NSC they say my case is not assigned to an officer even.
did contact the senator but no success till yet.

Which State do you live or did you apply? Mine is more or less athe same as yours; i.e., I applied in February 2001. thnx, Aghajan
 
Looks like you folks are getting the bureaucratic run around. What did the senator's office say? Maybe persisting in getting an answer through them (multiple requests, calls etc.) Also, I heard there are provisions where immigration attorney's could use AILA to get an answer for cases such as this. Is there anyone familiar with this?

AILA: Attorney said we have to wait for 90 days after RFE before an inquiry can be made through AILA. Otherwise, BCIS will ignore.

Hi,
I want to know the difference between the Priority date, and the Notice date.

Do they process applications according to the priority dates or notice dates?

What if the Priority date is December 2001, but I-485 was filed in Jan 2003, what date would be used to process I-485?
