I just got good news from my lawyer. She just received the receipt notices.

You are off the hook, legally 180 days from receipt date .
I donno about your case.
But you defenitely retain priority date.
(whats the big deal huh ?)

just spoke to iio and she checked the system and said nothing is there in the system and it she says it may take 1 or 2 more months very frustrating

hey good i think you have to wait atleast 3 more weeks lot of people of April are still waiting. Mine was sent on April 23rd.

Mine was filed on 4/18 and just got receipt notice today. Wishing you all get the receipts soon.

My 1485 was submitted last week of April\'01 (Do not know the exact day) No receipt date yet. Was planning to be on the trackng list once I got the recept. But it seems to be taking for ever.

Did everyone got all the receipts(I 485/EAD/AP)on the same day. My attorney told they have received my wifes AP Receipt on friday. Hopefully i should have rest on saturday or monday. My applications were mailed on 25th April.
