Any one received Receipt Notice for I-485 filed on 4/13/01

I got the approval notice for AP/ I131 on 6/22/01 by mail from INS.
Here is the following information regarding my case:
WAC-01-191
RD: 4/16/01
ND: 5/23/01

My AOS application (I485,EAD,AP etc) filed on Apr 24,2001. Nothing yet. Look like it is going to take 10 weeks now.

My attorney say I shouldn\'t be worried since the 180 days is from the filling date, which according to him is the receipt date. Any ideas? Did anyone talk to good attorneys about this?

My attorney told me that it is taking 2 1/2 month for reciepts and 5-6 months for AP based on the current trends she is seeing...

I got all the receipts that I was waiting for including I-485, EAD, AP.

FedEx\'d to INS on 04/19, should be received by them physically on 04/20.
RDs: 04/23
NDs: 06/21
Case numbers: WAC-01-216-xxxxx, which is generated directly by Notice Date.
INS won\'t process your case until your check is cashed (several days before
ND). So it won\'t happen that you receive your AP/EAD before the receipts :)

     I have a doubt.do the 90 days count for EAD starts from ur receipt date i.e..april 13th in your case,or from notice date?
let me know that if u have any idea.

Any one received 485 approval ( in category EB2 ) from Vermont Center for receipt dates on or after

Would appreciate the dates if any one have already recieved the approval notice..
