Any one received FOIA recently? VSC

I did receive FOIA

I did receive reply for the FOIA. I have asked for 140/LC in third week of jan, 2005. They sent me the response two weeks ago.

I am also planning to send FOIA to VSC(in fact I already faxed my appliocation on friday and going to send documents in mail today).

Can you let me know what documents apart from G-639 ,I should submit.At this point I am planning to send 140 approval notice/485 receipt..
Is that Ok..

I wil appreciate your replay ASAP..
