I-485 RD 7/2001 ND 9/2001 No fingerorint yet. Any one in the same boat ?

No AP after 8 mothns

Submitted AP in July 2002, did not get it until now !!!!

My wife applied for AP in October 2003 (ND 10/24/02). Still waiting on an approval!! My ND for the AP is 12/13/02. Still waiting on an approval. The irritating thing is that TSC still claims that it is taking them between 55 and 60 days to process this kind of case! In my wife's case it has already been 132 days and in my case 82 days.
It seems TSC has come to a grinding halt these days.

AP not received yet

Applied for AP on 9/9/02. Received RFE on 11/13/02 asking for
I-485 receipt and/or I-140. Submitted 485 receipt along with the application itself. They seem to have lost all of that.

Submitted RFE documents on December 17th . No news yet.
