Look at my signature. I was never so desperate until VSC jumped 8 months ahead from Oct 2002 processing dates to June 2003 for I 485 employment based adjustment cases.

I know VSC must be getting pressure to keep up with current cases but not fair to us, who have been waiting for approval for years.

I hope somebody from VSC is following this forum and finding out about the irregularities in approval and take appropriate action.

On the same note, I wish good luck to members who have received approval or waiting for one.

 Same with me. That was false hope I guess. Today 2 approved EB3 at rupnet has PD back in 2001. :confused:
 
I sent status query.
USCIS sent a sorry.
I sent FOIA query.
CIS don't carey.
USCIS is making me fury.
We are all feeling sorry.
Don't Worry.

I-485 RD : 12/20/2002

God ONLY knows when I will be approved in this Wonderful World of Vermont Service Center. 3 EAD's and 3 AP's....Not sure what to do next....... :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
 
see my signature... MY PD is Feb 2002, USCIS is processing Mar 2002, and they sent me a letter saying that they cannot adjudicate my case as there are no visas... go figure that out :(
 
Still Waiting

Still waiting for approval after more than 2 years.

I got the standard "pending service consideration" answer
when I faxed a expedite request on 2/22/2005.

Only God knows when I'll be approved

yes, now I don't like to put same message again and again.

We are facing so many other problems because of EAD-Renewal problem.

Praying GOD for approval. What else is in our hands?

Still waiting ... update only when made a query ... never got any reply in mail for the queries i had made... asked the lawyer to make a query...i want to get over it ....
