Any one know what \'Information sheet regarding your adjustment of status\' means?

I just heard from the NVC AVM and got that message. Wondering if that is the package 3 or something different? Any prior experience is helpful.

Do you know why they want to reconfirm? I would consider my case straight forward.

I-140 Approved on 05/04/2002 for CP in EB2 RIR Masters category.
Will the letter goes to Lawyer or to me? Thanks, Moulin Rouge.

They seem to be randomly picking up on people to reconfirm.. They are probably getting a lot of cases from the INS since everyone seems to be filing 140 with CP option to keep all options open.

The letter will go to your lawyer. Most definatly. However, some people (including) me have had varied degree of success in faxing a letter reconfirming intent to the NVC instead of waiting for the letter.

Can I send them a plain letter saying I want CP, or is there a particular format for this ? If so can somebody put the format here ?
