Any one know NSC fax number to follow up cases not reached NVC

I have been waiting more than 40 days now for my file to be sent to NVC from NSC. It seems there are some more people. In CSC case they are sending fax requests to CSC and simultaneously following up with attorney. I would like to know if any one has NSC Fax number to send them request.

All NSC sufferers, please wake up. If we do not do any thing then things remain stand still.

While you are waiting for some guru to respond to your query. Can you please tell me how one comes to know that the file has reached NVC, or that the case has been created? My I-140 got approved today so I am now in the same boat!

Question NVC

I dont have an answer for your question. Instead I have an other question:

My Notice of Action says that the case has been forwarded to the Dept of State National Visa Center (NVC) because it needs consular action. Does this mean that I need to go to my consulate to pick up my GC. Advice on this would be great.
